Pearson Place - Cedar Park
Pearson Place located at 13115 Avery Ranch Boulevard (per court records) is an upcoming  neighborhood in Cedar Park. Pearson Place is slated to consist of 195 acres, 428 Single Family Residences, and 1,100 apartment and condos. Builders in Pearson Place of Avery Ranch
Prospective builders currently include: Standard Pacific Homes, Streetman Homes, and David Weekly Homes. Originally Centex Homes was the major builder but they have since withdrawn from the project. Homes for sale in Pearson Place will potentially sell for between $200K and $500K. Information is still changing as the development progresses. Stay tuned!
