Walsh Ranch is a phenomenal neighborhood on the northwest side of Round Rock. Head north on I-35 and take the FM 3406 exit. Continue on 3406 to Walsh Ranch Road and turn right.

History of Walsh Ranch

Walsh Ranch was built on former ranch land owned by the Walsh family. Patriarch James Garland Walsh lived to be 95 years old and was very active in the Round Rock community until his death in 2003. The Walsh family was the original owners in the legendary Round Rock and White Lime companies.

In Fall of 2008 a new middle school opened in the neighborhood - Walsh Ranch Middle School. Little ones currently attend Cactus Ranch Elementary in nearby Behrens Ranch.
